[Commission by Selene] Witch Girl

I've been trying to apply the new techniques i learned but to be honest I'm just kinda returning to my basic ways last 1 and half year ago, but I still need to use my current style which is using a ton of layers i kid you not, especially if its a commission, if its for personal though 1 -5 layers for me is enough,its that way because when a client ask for revisions its easier to edit, when your artwork is chop by parts.
